TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable
  • Toys are hired at a 2 week hire period.
  • Please return yours toys clean & dry – toys that are returned dirty are fined at $2-$5 per toy depending on toy. 
  • Toys that are returned with missing or broken pieces will incur a fine from $2 per part – if missing pieces are returned, the fine will be refunded as credit to your account
  • Late toys will incur a fine of $1 per toy per session, in addition to the extended rental hire of the toy
  • You can phone or text to renew toys at the charge of two weeks’ rental costs – toys can be renewed once for a total of one month hire (email, Facebook message or phone/text Cambridge Toy Library on 027 647 6756 to renew)

The committee has the right to cancel a membership at any time if any member does not comply with the Cambridge Toy Library rules.

 

Liability: I hereby assume complete and full responsibility for any and all injuries to any person or persons, which result in whole or in part from using the toys, I have borrowed from the Cambridge Toy Library. I hereby fully release Cambridge Toy Library from any and all responsibility in respect of any such damage or such injuries, whether sustained outside of or on the Cambridge Toy Library premises and agree to fully indemnify Cambridge Toy Library in respect of any claims in this regard.

Privacy Act: I understand the details completed on this form will be added to the Cambridge Toy Library membership list and may be used by the Cambridge Toy Library current committee for purposes approved by them.

Authorization to Remove Toys: I hereby irrevocably authorize Cambridge Toy Library current committee member’s access to my property to remove toys that have overdue monies owing on them.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Rules: I hereby declare that I have read and understood the rules relating to the Cambridge Toy Library Inc. I agree to abide by the rules of the Cambridge Toy Library and to pay all published fees and charges. I understand these are non refundable.
